Klju\u010dno za kadrovske strokovnjake je razumevanje kako bo ta prevzem vplival na njihovo vlogo, odgovornosti in ekipo.<\/div>\n<div>Generativna umetna inteligenca ima tudi velik potencial za preoblikovanje prakse zaposlovanja, saj omogo\u010da avtomatizacijo ponavljajo\u010dih se in dolgotrajnih nalog, kot sta pregledovanje \u017eivljenjepisov ter na\u010drtovanje razgovorov. To kadrovskim strokovnjakom omogo\u010da prihranek dragocenega \u010dasa in mo\u017enost osredoto\u010danja na bolj strate\u0161ke vidike dela, hkrati pa tudi pove\u010duje pomembnost poudarka na raznolikosti, vklju\u010denosti in pravi\u010dnosti. Umetna inteligenca lahko pomembno prispeva k zmanj\u0161anju pristranskosti v procesu zaposlovanja. Z ustreznim pristopom k programiranju, ki prezre osebne podatke kot so ime, starost ali spol kandidata, lahko izbolj\u0161amo ocenjevalni proces. Na ta na\u010din se poudarijo zgolj ve\u0161\u010dine in kvalifikacije kandidatov, pri \u010demer implicitna pristranskost ne vpliva na objektivnost ocenjevanja.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>2. trend: Kadrovska slu\u017eba v 2024: povezana z ljudmi bolj kot kadarkoli prej<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div>Zavzetost zaposlenih bo glavni poudarek v prihodnjem letu. Gre za popolno zbirko klju\u010dnih informacij o obstoje\u010dih ve\u0161\u010dinah posameznika, preteklih izku\u0161njah, trenutnem u\u010denju, interesih in kariernih ciljih. Osredoto\u010danje na osebni profil ve\u0161\u010din bo delodajalcem omogo\u010dil natan\u010dno razumevanje kaj motivira njihove zaposlene in kako najbolje ugoditi njihovim potrebam in u\u010dnim stilom. Ta usmeritev bo prinesla prednosti zaposlenim z ve\u010djim in pravi\u010dnej\u0161im dostopom do prilo\u017enosti, saj se bodo odlo\u010ditve sprejemale na osnovi posameznikovih sposobnosti, ne pa na podlagi povezav, pristranskih ob\u010dutkov ali drugih izklju\u010dujo\u010dih procesov.<\/div>\n<div>Profil ve\u0161\u010din bo postal nekaj obi\u010dajnega v u\u010dnih sistemih, kadrovskih procesih, trgih talentov in bo spremljal posameznika skozi razli\u010dne vloge, projekte in organizacije. Zagotavlja podrobnej\u0161i vpogled v zmo\u017enosti in potencial nekoga v primerjavi s preprostim pregledom \u017eivljenjepisa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>4. trend: Dobro po\u010dutje zaposlenih&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div>Dobro po\u010dutje na delovnem mestu ni ve\u010d le trend, ampak postaja nepogre\u0161ljiv element v letu 2024. Opazna sprememba je osredoto\u010denost, ki ni ve\u010d usmerjena v povr\u0161inske stvari kot so sadje, vre\u010de za sedenje ali brezpla\u010dna kava, temve\u010d je usmerjena v dejavnosti, ki resni\u010dno krepijo du\u0161evno zdravje zaposlenih. Pomen dobrega po\u010dutja zaposlenih je vse bolj prepoznan in se bo \u0161e naprej pove\u010deval v prihodnjem letu. Kadrovski oddelki bodo zato \u0161e naprej poudarjali pomen du\u0161evnega in fizi\u010dnega zdravja ter izvajali ukrepe za vzpostavljanje ravnote\u017eja med poklicnim in zasebnim \u017eivljenjem.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>5. trend: Prilagodljivost<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\u010ceprav ne gre za nekaj novega, je klju\u010dno razumevanje kako lahko doprinesete k u\u010dinkovitemu delu va\u0161ih zaposlenih ter k njihovemu zadr\u017eevanju in rasti v okviru podjetja. Ob upo\u0161tevanju rasto\u010de potrebe po ve\u010dji pro\u017enosti, postaja prilagodljivost klju\u010dnega pomena. To vklju\u010duje razvoj politike, ki omogo\u010da zaposlenim delo od koder koli ter ponuja prilagodljiv delovni \u010das.
