Ohranjati so\u010dasno pozornost na sodelavce, kandidate, poslovne cilje, prihajajo\u010de trende, novosti v stroki, vsebinsko utemeljenost strate\u0161ke ravni, kakovost operativne izvedbe, vedenjske vzorce, individualne potrebe ter medosebno dinamiko, razvijati odnosno inteligentnost, potenciale posameznikov in organizacije kot celote\u2026vzpostavljati krovno povezanost, ravnote\u017eje med vsemi dimenzijami ter ustvarjati pozitiven u\u010dinek na vseh ravneh (individualni, timski in organizacijski).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Najbolj me veseli, ko pri svojem delu\u2026&nbsp;<\/b> hkrati prispevam k razvoju organizacije ter razvoju zaposlenih; kot strate\u0161ki partner sodelujem pri uresni\u010devanju poslovne vizije organizacije ter dvigu zadovoljstva zaposlenih.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Prva beseda, ki mi pade na pamet, ko re\u010dem kadrovanje je<\/b>\u2026 rast.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Na svojem podro\u010dju bi se \u017eelel\/a nau\u010diti \u0161e\u2026<\/b> ve\u010d o podporni vlogi umetne inteligence ter podatkovni (kadrovski) analitiki pri postavljanju poslovne strategije.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Kadrovanje bo \u0161lo v smer\u2026<\/b> razvoja strate\u0161ke funkcije (od podporne do usmerjevalne vloge), kjer bo imela klju\u010dno vlogo avtomatizacija ter digitalizacije procesov, ki nas bo sprostila administrativnega bremena in nam omogo\u010dila, da se, namesto na nujne, \u0161e bolj osredoto\u010dimo na pomembne stvari.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Literatura s podro\u010dja kadrovanja, ki bi jo priporo\u010dil\/a tudi drugim je\u2026<\/b> REFLEKSIJA svojega delovanja in ravnanja. Velikokrat smo lahko sami sebi najbolj\u0161i u\u010ditelj, \u010de smo le dovolj pogumni, da se upamo vpra\u0161ati, sem to res naredil najbolj\u0161e kot znam, z najbolj\u0161imi nameni in z najbolj\u0161im u\u010dinkom. Bolj kot na to, kaj se lahko \u0161e nau\u010dim in novega preberem (\u010deprav sem v tem oziru obupna ), sama sebe (in vse ljudi okoli sebe) spra\u0161ujem, ali sem res to, kar znam, tudi uporabila, sem to, kar govorim, tudi udejanjila.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Najbolj\u0161a poteza v kadrovanju, ki se je spomnim, je\u2026<\/b> preobrat paradigme v na mo\u010dna podro\u010dja usmerjen pristop.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Kadrovski trendi, ki me najbolj navdu\u0161ujejo so\u2026 <\/b>perskriptivna analitika, odnosna inteligentnost ter nevroznanost.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Do zadovoljstva in zavzetosti zaposlenih pripelje\u2026<\/b> v prvi vrsti predvsem jasnost komunikacije pri\u010dakovanj (v obe smeri), poistovetenje s poslanstvom in vrednotami podjetja, ki pri zaposlenih vzbuja ob\u010dutek ponosa ter zdrava organizacijska kultura, ki zaposlenim, v odsotnosti vseh oblik \u010dustvene manipulacije, omogo\u010da, da na poti uresni\u010devanja poslovnih ciljev odkrijejo in razvijajo svoja najmo\u010dnej\u0161a podro\u010dja.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161i na\u010din za re\u0161evanje konfliktov med zaposlenimi in njihovimi nadrejenimi je\u2026<\/b> iskren pogovor, ki ustvarja dovolj varen prostor, da na nobeni strani ni potrebe po obrambni ali napadalni dr\u017ei.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Pri selekcijskih razgovorih je najpomembnej\u0161e vpra\u0161anje\u2026<\/b> <i>What makes your heart tick?; Kaj vam hrani du\u0161o?<\/i><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kadrovikom razli\u010dnih slovenskih podjetij vsak mesec zastavimo nekaj vpra\u0161anj na temo kadrovanja.
