Lahko bi rekli, da gre pri znam\u010denju delodajalca za proces oblikovanja dobre uporabni\u0161ke izku\u0161nje in u\u010dinkovite komunikacije z uporabniki. Uporabniki pa so v tem primeru potencialni kandidati in zaposleni v podjetju. Zato je pri oblikovanju mo\u010dne znamke delodajalca nujno potrebno sodelovanje HR in marketing oddelka.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Klju\u010dno vlogo pa ima tudi vodstvo, ki mora razumeti potrebo po konkuren\u010dnosti v boju za talente in upo\u0161tevati nasvete ter priporo\u010dila svojih zaposlenih. Vodstvo je tisto, ki lahko prepozna in omogo\u010di ustrezne pogoje, v katerih se bodo zaposleni dobro po\u010dutili. KPI slu\u017eijo za merjenje uspe\u0161nosti znam\u010denja delodajalca v celoti ali samo posameznega dela, pri \u010demer morajo biti povezani z razli\u010dnimi cilji podjetja. Gre za skupine posameznikov, ki imajo ustrezne izku\u0161nje in kompetence, da bodo lahko pomagali pri dosegi poslovnih ciljev ter se bodo poistovetili s kulturo podjetja.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Razli\u010dne ciljne skupine imajo razli\u010dne potrebe in preference. V dobi personalizacije se pri\u010dakuje, da vsaki ciljni skupini posvetite posebno pozornost. Zato dobro razi\u0161\u010dite, kak\u0161ni so interesi potencialnih kandidatov, na katerih komunikacijskih kanalih se zadr\u017eujejo, kje pridobivajo informacije o delodajalcih ter kaj je za njih pomembno pri iskanju nove zaposlitve oz. na njihovi karierni poti.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Za\u010dnite s segmentacijo potencialnih kandidatov glede na va\u0161e dolgoro\u010dne poslovne cilje in prioritete ter dolo\u010dite primarne in sekundarne ciljne skupine, nato pa za vsako od va\u0161ih ciljnih skupin predstavite persono.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>Persone<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>Persona je predstavitev izmi\u0161ljenega, idealnega kandidata, ki vklju\u010duje naslednje podatke:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Ozadje \/ Demografija (Starost, izobrazba, podro\u010dje \u0161tudija, prebivali\u0161\u010de, ipd.)<\/li>\n<li>Trenutna zaposlitev \/ izku\u0161nje<\/li>\n<li>Kompetence<\/li>\n<li>Karierni cilji<\/li>\n<li>Osebnostne lastnosti (cilji, hobiji, interesi, priljubljene znamke, ipd.)<\/li>\n<li>Komunikacijski kanali (priljubljene spletne strani in dru\u017ebena omre\u017eja)<\/li>\n<li>Izzivi (frustracije, razlogi za menjavo zaposlitve, tegobe, ipd.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Torej, ideja persone je, da ustvarite izmi\u0161ljeno osebo (popolnega kanididata), ki ga boste imeli v misih pri pripravi komunikacijske strategije.
